At LifeSource Water Systems, Inc. we take pride in a number of principles that define our company. These principles set us apart in the water treatment industry and allow for our continued success.
Tony Romaldo Regional Manager I have been happily employed by LifeSource Water Systems for the past seven years and have held my current title as Regional Manager for the last three years. My job requires me to hire and train new factory representatives to promote the LifeSource brand. I am also responsible for motivating all factory reps in each territory to help them offer our great product to the best of their ability. I am a proud husband to my wife Nichol, whom I work with, and father to two great boys, Trevor and Dominic. During my time off, I enjoy playing outside with my kids and taking them to fun places like Legoland, water parks, and the beach. When I relax, I am able to unwind by watching movies and playing video games. I love working with LifeSource because every day we are able to change the quality of people’s lives for the better and in this day and age there are not many products which can boast the same! LifeSource is like a family to me and will be for many years to come.
Roxanne Bell Regional Manager I have been with LifeSource for 16 years and have been the San Diego/Imperial Counties manager for a little over 15 years. I oversee the day to day operations of the sales team in my area. When I am not working, I love traveling abroad as well as watching my favorite movies and sports. I am originally from Ohio, but I have been in San Diego for 27 years. I enjoy bringing LifeSource into people’s lives because we change the way people think about their water. I cherish my customers and I am delighted when they introduce us to friends and family. My customers are my top priority and it makes me happy providing a product they love.
Richard Boisclair Regional Manager I’ve been working at LifeSource for thirteen years in the management department. I originally managed the Orange County office and am now in charge of the main office in Pasadena. On a daily basis, I do everything from manage and train the salespeople to selling directly to the customers myself. I continue to work with LifeSource because water is important in everyone’s life and I believe that LifeSource is truly the best product for everyone. I am originally from Boston, so in my free time, I enjoy following the Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots and Bruins.
Curtis Hill Regional Manager I have been with LifeSource Water for 12 years and I have managed the Ventura Office for over 6 years.
I have been in sales for over 40 years. I enjoy meeting and talking with people. Keeping families healthy with our water is my goal. Training and sharing my sales knowledge is very pleasurable to me. I love all sports and traveling. I coached Little League Baseball for many years. In my younger years, I played hockey, wrestled, track, baseball and basketball.
Don and Shelley Lovelace Regional Managers We have worked together at LifeSource for nine years here in the Central Valley and we have over 85 years of combined sales experience. We set up and work shows, sell water systems, handle service calls, take care of customer service, and promote the good name of LifeSource. We have involved LifeSource in charitable causes here, specifically with the Children’s Hospital of the Central Valley, The Great American Blood Drive and all the local blood banks every January. We’re getting ready to donate a water system soon to an organization who builds homes for handicapped veterans coming home from the war. This valley is very community oriented and we love to get the LifeSource name involved. Outside the office, we both enjoy golf and participate in various activities with our church. We love LifeSource because water is essential for all life and we feel good about providing our clients with good, clean, healthy water.
Terry Forrest Regional Manager I have been with LifeSource Water Systems since 1995. While I used to be the manager of the Ventura office, I have now been the manager of the Las Vegas branch for ten years. My job includes training our salespeople, overseeing customer service and managing the office. In my free time, I love to get outside and golf or fish, but I can be just as happy relaxing with a good book. I have enjoyed working for LifeSource because I want people to know that better water creates a better lifestyle and I love bringing this better lifestyle to our customers.
Nathan Anderson Regional Manager I joined the LifeSource team over two years ago as the Manager of the San Francisco branch, but I have been in the water industry for over nine years. I am in charge of the service and sales of LifeSource Water Systems in the Bay Area and Sacramento. I enjoy working with water because it is something that affects everyone and everyone can benefit from better water. I even interact with water in my spare time where you can find my surfing or relaxing on the shore.
