Dr. Mehmet Oz, physician and author, is best known for his numerous appearances as a health expert on The Oprah Show, as well as his own syndicated series, The Dr Oz Show.  In October 2009, Dr. Oz led a serious of discussions with leading experts in the field, during which he repeatedly recommended that homeowners use a water filter.
