A few of our patrons love our water so much they bring empty jugs to the restaurant to take it home with them.”
Tom Noto, Co-Owner & General Manager |
| Noto’s Old World Italian Dining has built a reputation as one of the premier dining locations in Grand Rapids. It is a family-owned business that began in 1982 and has been in the present location since 1997. The 43,000 square foot facility includes a restaurant, banquet hall, wine cellar, and lounge. The dedication and continuing education of the Noto family have culminated in a top notch dining experience with an emphasis on fine dining and an “Old World Italian” menu. Numerous awards attest to the quality of the food and service. |
| Tom Noto, co-owner of Noto’s Old World Italian Dining, needed to change their water system during the restaurant’s remodeling in 2005. Their water softener system had failed and they wanted to find an eco-friendly alternative. Noto’s LifeSource Water System supplies water for the restaurant, lounge, and banquet hall. The water is served in chilled carafes so patrons see they’re being served filtered water. Noto’s customers have also noticed that their soda tastes much better. The fountain requires less syrup now that it’s mixed with chlorine-free water. With all food made
from scratch, his chefs immediately tasted the improvement the water made to their cuisine. |
