Customer Service Representative
Job Description
LifeSource Water is a family owned and operated company that manufactures and sells water filtration systems nationwide. We have been in business for 36 years and pride ourselves on our quality products and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented Customer Service Representative who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, who is a quick learner and effective communicator. To be successful in this position you must provide exceptional service to internal/external customers by effectively communicating and displaying excellent time management skills.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements Include:
- Process customer orders through the company CRM in an efficient manner to provide prompt quality service
- Manage service tickets
- Process commissions for Sales Representatives
- Schedule customers for service and installation appointments
- Assist customers via telephone with system issues to trouble shoot concerns before scheduling technician for service
- Analyze customer records to ensure accuracy
- Process refunds for returns or cancelled orders
- Answer e-mails
- Process walk-In/ phone orders
- Process secondary customer transfers
Education / Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Two to three years related experience as a customer service representative
