Marketing Coordinator

We are LifeSource Water Systems, Inc., a whole-house water manufacturer and distributor. Our water treatment products have been serving residential and commercial customers since 1984. We are a family owned and operated company. At LifeSource, we treat all employees as part of our LifeSource family.
Our factory is located in Pasadena, Calif. We continue to expand our manufacturing capacity and work force to meet the growing demand for our products.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Organization and project management across all channels of marketing.
- Assist in vendor management including, but not limited to, researching new partners and gathering quotes for services.
- Work with the LifeSource marketing team on meeting agendas, priorities and organization.
- Responsible for tracking invoices and assisting in budget management.
- Assisting in video and photo shoots.
- Providing content for web, email, videos, blog and other platforms as needed.
- Content editing, proofing and routing for approvals.
- Create and implement engaging content calendars and posts for social media. Other data entry as assigned.
- Perform relevant administrative work.
- Market and data analysis.
- Assist in e-commerce strategy and implementation on Amazon
- All other marketing related duties as assigned.
The work environment at LifeSource is business casual. Hours are flexible within a normal work week. Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week. If interested, please send resume and cover letter. Resumes without cover letters will not be considered.
About You:
We are seeking candidates that possess these qualifications:
- We seek an enthusiastic candidate with exceptional organization skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Someone that is comfortable with changing up their tasks day-to-day and meets every challenge with determination.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and in a fast-paced work environment.
- Competency with Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Experience with Asana and Hootsuite is a plus.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
- Analytical with strong proficiency in analyzing data and data trends.
- Can work independently and collaboratively. Team attitude is essential.
- High attention to detail is a must.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Salary: $43k-$50k annually, depending on experience.
