I like the system. We bought our home 3 years ago and we originally had a water system that quite on us. Didn't want a salt system so we went with LifeSource and they have treated us well so far.
We love that we can drink water from anywhere in our house and it tastes much better than before. It's definitely made life easier now that we don't have to worry about the quality of our water anymore.

I use to have to bring in bottled water and refilled it, but now we don't have any problems with our drinking water. There's a totally different water coming from all of our faucets and we can drink it from anywhere and that's made a huge difference for my family.
Love our water!! I'm enjoying the water and not having to buy bottled. And the showers and everything are filtered. One of the main things, I think, is that it's a green product. That's big. Never drank our water before. We like our new water. Learned about LifeSource when visiting the Orlando Convention Center Home Show and decided to give it a try. Being able to drink from the faucets without worry has been a real money saver. No more water from the market! However, we notice some of the pipes might be clogging with calcium. I read this might be from the breakdown of old buildups elsewhere in the pipes. LifeSource folks are helping us resolves this.

I still have hard water but it's not as bad. I have the descaler, we still have build up and water spots. If I clean it right away it's easy to clean up. It's just as advertised, feels nice and tastes good.

I use to have a water-softer but since I kept having to replace the salt all the time I decided to look for a replacement system because I was ready for a change. We've had our lifesource for about 18 years. We are very satisfied with it. We are very happy with the service, after 18 years the timer burned out and the Lifesource service man was out quickly to replace it. I didn't like the the water softener we had before. I did not like buying the salt bags. I was using my sink basin the the drain in the garage and the salt water discharge was corroding our iron drain pipe.

I asked my son Nick and husband Kevin what they noticed about the water after LifeSource was installed and the best way to describe it is an "absence of chlorine". We had to disconnect the system for 3 days awhile back for a remodel and could not drink the water it was so chlorinated. Even taking a shower without LifeSource purifier was unpleasant.. Had to get rid of softener. LWS certification was best. I hadn't looked at my LifeSource system for quite awhile so I called my rep, Ken, to find out if it needed service. He drove 20 miles, on a Saturday morning, to check-out my system for me. Everything was working as it should and, since I hadn't been concerned in the past, I won't even think about it in the future.
