Nate Ward joined LifeSource as Director of Field Operations in July 2025 with the objective of solidifying LifeSource as the premier Installation, Service, and Customer Support organization in the industry. He oversees all aspects of Field Operations and Customer Support.

Nate has over 25 years of experience in Operations Management. He retired from the active military after a distinguished 20-year career before transitioning directly to management roles at various startups, focused on creating flexible operational processes which enabled explosive growth.

Nate is an avid home cook and (mostly) enjoys running.
