If you’re experiencing a leak, sudden pressure changes, or unexpected water quality issues, put your LifeSource system in bypass and submit a service request.
If the leak continues after the system is bypassed, shut off your home’s main water supply and call a licensed plumber.
If your system is experiencing irregular behavior, making unusual noises, or you’ve noticed sudden changes in water quality, most issues can be resolved by resetting your timer or bypassing your system.
If your system is making noise, acting irregularly, or not cycling correctly, resetting the timer often resolves the issue.
If you notice leaking, pressure changes, or sudden changes in water quality, placing your system in bypass protects your home until service arrives.
If resetting your timer or bypassing your system doesn’t resolve the issue, our service team is here to help.
