Information you give us. When you request a free consultation, place an order, schedule installation or service, submit a form, or contact us by phone or email, we collect information such as your name, service address, telephone number, email address, and details about your home's water and plumbing needed to recommend and install a system.
Information collected automatically when you use our website. When you visit lifesourcewater.com, we and our partners collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, the website or advertisement that referred you, and your approximate geographic location. This information is collected using cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies.
Information collected when you call us. When you call one of the telephone numbers on our website, we collect the calling number, the date, time and duration of the call, the web page or advertisement that the number was displayed on, and a recording of the call. We disclose that the call is being recorded at the beginning of the call.
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to process and complete that order, schedule installation, and provide related customer support. We may also share limited information—such as your name, address, phone number, or email address—with trusted third-party partners who assist us in fulfilling or supporting your service, including delivery, installation, and post-installation feedback or review requests. These partners are authorized to use your information only for those purposes and are required to keep it confidential.
We use return email addresses to respond to inquiries, provide customer service, and send information related to your order, installation, or product experience. We may also share your email address with a trusted third-party review partner for the limited purpose of requesting feedback or an online review about your experience with LifeSource Water Systems. You may opt out of review requests at any time. Separately, we use certain information for advertising measurement as described in "Advertising and Analytics" below.
We may use or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following business purposes:
We advertise our products online. To do that, we work with advertising and analytics companies that place cookies and similar technologies on our website. Through those technologies, these companies receive information including your IP address, device and browser information, the pages you viewed on our site, and the actions you took — for example, submitting a consultation request.
In addition, when you submit a form on our website, we may provide a hashed version of your email address to Google and Meta so that they can measure whether an advertisement led to your inquiry. Hashing converts the address into a scrambled string of characters before it is transmitted; we do not send your email address in plain readable form for this purpose.
What this means under California law. LifeSource does not sell your personal information for money. However, some of the advertising activity described above meets the definition of "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We disclose it here so that our description of our practices is accurate and complete. You can opt out of this sharing — see "Your California Privacy Rights" below.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed personal information to third parties for a business purpose, as authorized under applicable law. We have not sold personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

We may share your name and email address with trusted third-party partners we use to request feedback or online reviews about your experience with LifeSource Water Systems. These partners act solely on our behalf to send review invitations and collect customer feedback. They are not authorized to use your information for their own marketing, and we do not sell or disclose your personal information to these review partners for any purpose other than requesting your feedback. You may opt out of receiving review requests at any time by contacting us at info@lifesourcewater.com.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the products and services you requested, to support and warranty the systems we install, and to meet our legal, tax, accounting and recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Cookie preferences. You can review and change which categories of cookies our website uses at any time by selecting "Cookies Settings" in the footer of any page.
Browser controls. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of our website function.
Opt-out preference signals. If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that signal as a request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising from that browser.

Marketing email. To opt out of our email marketing or unsubscribe from our newsletters, contact us using the information below or use the unsubscribe link in the footer of marketing emails. If you choose to opt out, you will continue to receive transactional communications related to your orders and relationship with us.
With your consent — provided by opting in through a checkbox on our website or a form you submit to us — we may send you SMS, MMS, or other text messages ("Text Messages"). To the extent you opt in, the following terms apply:
Consent. By opting in, you authorize us to send Text Messages to the mobile number you provide. You are not required to opt in as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services, and you may revoke your consent at any time.

After you reply STOP, we may send one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. You may also revoke consent by any other reasonable method, and we will honor it.
No Third-Party Sharing. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, your consent to receive SMS messages applies solely to us. It does not apply to the activities of any third party. We will not share your mobile number with any third party for their marketing or promotional purposes.
