It’s All About the Team

In business, as in life, it’s important to surround yourself with the right people. It’s the people that make a company great. I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all of the incredible, hardworking people who together make LifeSource what it is today. LifeSource has never been more together or more committed to improving and growing as a team.

As I reflect on my values, motivations and mission in life, it is clear to me that my satisfaction comes from doing what I can to mentor and support the growth and happiness of the people around me. I am very proud to see so many individuals in the company who are achieving greatness both personally and professionally.  

Celebrate the Victories

In 2018 we broke sales records, introduced innovative products and added fabulous people to our team. We launched our new ApaPure line of products, bringing non-chemical and no-power disinfection to the market. Our extended warranty program continues to grow, creating even MORE peace of mind for our customers. We implemented new installation and manufacturing processes that allowed us to handle the incredible growth we have experienced. We attracted and engaged many more customers on social media. We are fortunate that our customers took time to leave positive reviews across all offices - positioning ourselves as a trusted source of information.

Best of all, we continue to set the industry standard for quality products, service and exceptional customer satisfaction. 

Never Stop While Ahead

We are poised as a company to continue our path of personal and professional growth. To do this, we will need to continue to work hard, innovate and improve. We will need to continue to bring in more like-minded people who want to join us on our mission to bring quality water to our customers and change the world. We will need to continue to support our teammates, our customers and those in our communities who need our help.  

In the past couple of years, we proved that we can achieve much more than many of us thought we could. The outlook is very bright and I cannot be more excited to see what the future brings.
