Robert Michael Schneider is an American actor famous for his comedy roles. He was born in San Francisco, CA to Marvin and Pilar Schneider and was the youngest of five children. His big break came when he appeared on Late Night with David Letterman in 1987. He went on to become a writer for Saturday Night Live which led him into acting. Schneider has starred in such movies as The Hot Chick and The Animal. He frequently does cameo roles in films made by one of his closest friends, Adam Sandler.
